The role of St Annes on Sea Town Council
Is to listen to the concerns and aspirations of the residents of our town and to respond accordingly.
The concerns are:
- The removal of waste and recycling
- Hazardous pavements
- Clean and tidy Streets
- Safety and security
- Noise and nuisance
- Parking
- Inappropriate developments
- Lack of good well paid jobs in St Annes resulting in long travel to work.
- Shortage of low cost housing resulting in first time buyers finding it impossible to get on the housing ladder
- Drainage and flooding
- Sea defences
- Parks and open spaces
- Clearing pavements and roads after winter gales, high winds and blown sand.
There are many more.
We are here to make St Anne’s on the Sea a better place to live in.
